janusSEAL for OWA is simple to install, deploy and manage
janusSEAL for OWA is installed at the Exchange Server(s) in an organisation's network. It is deployed to end user notebooks or desktops when they access the server using a Web browser.
janusSEAL for OWA and janusSEAL for Outlook are centrally managed using the same configuration settings that are implemented for your network or organisation. This greatly simplifies management and increases control over security. Adjustments and corrections are very easily and rapidly implemented.
janusSEAL for OWA is simple for the end user
The protective markings, defined in your organisation's email policy, are applied when an email is sent, or when a calendar appointment is made. This is done using the familiar pop up dialog box which must be finalised before the action can be completed, e.g. sending or forwarding an email.

NB: A classification label must be selected before the message is able to be sent.
janusSEAL for OWA is highly configurable
If needed, classification labels can be further refined to provide fine grained definitions to suit the specific needs of your organisation.
In this example, the CONFIDENTIAL classification could be further refined using an audience qualifier drop list. The choice of definitions would be determined and implemented according to the organisation's specific needs.

janusSEAL for OWA helps recipients of protectively marked email by providing a very clear indication of the classification level of received email.
janusSEAL for OWA prominently displays the security classification information in a new header field in the display message window.
